Helios MTB offers a few different training plans that are designed to help you achieve your best. If you need help selecting the right plan, or have questions about what’s best for you, feel free to contact us for guidance.
All our training plans are done through TrainingPeaks and are compatible with many different devices, smart trainers, and apps, including Zwift. With TrainingPeaks you can view your training plans in a web browser and/or mobile app. There is a free account that comes with the all training plans or upgrade to a premium account. Our premium plan comes with a premium TrainingPeaks account.
With our Training Plan Subscription, you can access your training plans anytime at a low monthly cost. This offers flexibility to try different plans or change plans based on your evolving goals or events.
Coming Soon: Premade training plans that are ideal if you can follow the schedule on your own, without help from a coach. You should have a predictable schedule, with typically a day or two of rest days (which can include stretching).
However, if you require feedback and/or analysis, or a custom schedule tailored to your specific needs, our coaching programs may be a better fit for you.
