Our Coaching Program
Our coaching program caters to individuals of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, in various bike sports. We understand that not everyone is aiming for the podium and crossing the finish line itself is a significant achievement. Balancing your sport and personal life is essential to achieving your goals, and we support you at every stage of your journey.
We tailor our coaching program to suit your goals, fitness level, and age, and monitor your progress by tracking your training load and feedback. We use TrainingPeaks, a user-friendly and advanced tool, to deliver your workouts and monitor your progress. We also offer self-guided training plans for those who prefer it.
With three levels of coaching programs, each with a different level of athlete-coach communication, workout reviews, and pricing. We expect you to give your best effort and follow the program we create for you to achieve your goals. We also require you to record and upload data from each workout and share your feedback to help us guide you towards your full potential.
Here at HeliosMTB, our coaching program includes one-on-one interaction with our athletes through regular meetings, which can be done virtually through platforms such as FaceTime or Google Hangouts, etc. We use email and text for quick communication, such as schedule changes or questions.
To ensure you’re on track, we review key workouts and provide feedback accordingly. We also offer motivation and encouragement to help you push your limits and achieve success.
